If you ask us to email your converted files to you, those files pass through our mail server in order to reach your inbox. They are not written to disk or a database and are not retained after the message is sent.

If you tick the consent box on the free knowledge base builder, we store your email address, the date and time you consented, the fact that the signup came from the free tool, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) present in the link you arrived on.
