1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Knowledge Builder Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use Knowledge Builder Pro for personal or commercial file conversion purposes under the following conditions:
- This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title
- You may not modify or copy the materials
- Paid features require a purchased file pack. Packs are one-time and do not expire
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
3. File Packs and Payment
3.1 Packs
Knowledge Builder Pro sells one-time file packs. There is no monthly or annual subscription and no trial that turns into a paid plan. Remaining files stay on your account until you use them.
3.2 Payment
Packs are paid once through Stripe at purchase. We do not store your card for a later subscription charge.
3.3 Refunds
Because packs are one-time, there is nothing to cancel. If a purchase went wrong, email knowledgebuilderpro@gmail.com.
4. Data Processing and Privacy
Knowledge Builder Pro processes files for conversion purposes only. We do not store any uploaded files or their contents beyond the processing period. All file processing is done in-memory and files are immediately deleted after download.
Signing up for our email list is optional and separate from using the service. If you opt in, we store your email address and consent record and may send you tips and occasional product emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or at knowledgebuilderpro.com/unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Knowledge Builder Pro:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
6. Disclaimer
The materials on Knowledge Builder Pro are provided on an 'as is' basis. Knowledge Builder Pro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Knowledge Builder Pro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Knowledge Builder Pro, even if Knowledge Builder Pro or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
8. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Knowledge Builder Pro could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Knowledge Builder Pro does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
9. Modifications
Knowledge Builder Pro may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
